How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 5–11 business days within the United States, so most orders arrive 6–14 business days after you order. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order to US street addresses. There are no extra fees at checkout.
Do you offer a bundle discount?
Yes. Buy any Safe-Night Home Kit together with the Complete At-Home Grooming Kit and $10 comes off automatically at checkout, with no code needed. With the 8-light kit the pair is $88.99 instead of $98.99. See The Home & Pet Bundle.
Can I use my welcome code with the bundle?
Yes. The WELCOME10 sign-up code works together with the $10 bundle saving.
If I order both kits, will they arrive together?
They may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number, within the same 5–11 business day delivery window.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship to US street addresses only (no PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses).
What is your return policy?
You can return any item unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Email us first so we can send you the return instructions.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or the order status link in your order confirmation. You can also enter your order number on our Track your order page. If you can't find it, email us your order number and we'll send it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update the address or cancel before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned under our 30-day policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Checkout is processed securely by Shopify; we never see or store your full card details.
